By accessing or using our website at https://www.cloudarc.io or engaging our DevSecOps consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

CloudArc provides DevSecOps consultancy services, including but not limited to:

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Cloud Deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Cloud Migration
• Kubernetes Administration
• Cloud Cost Savings & Optimization
• Observability Solutions
• CI/CD Pipeline Configuration & Management
• Cloud Security Implementation

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for services will be defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work between CloudArc and the client.

3. Website Use and Content

Our website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by CloudArc and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may access, view, and, where applicable, download content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you:

• Do not modify the content
• Do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Do not use the content in a manner that suggests an association with our products, services, or brand
• Do not use the content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our DevSecOps consultancy services will be specified in the service agreement or statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed upon, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CloudArc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; (iii) any content obtained from our services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. CloudArc does not warrant that our website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our website or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.
